To provide a more efficient, secure, and reliable trading experience, we will discontinue Trading Bot services for selected Spot Trading pairs. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize platform performance and maintain a healthy trading environment.
Trading Bot services will no longer be available for the selected Spot Trading pairs after the effective date of this update. Once the service is discontinued:
New Trading Bot strategies cannot be created for the affected trading pairs.
Existing Trading Bots associated with these pairs will be automatically stopped.
Any open orders managed by the affected bots may be canceled in accordance with platform procedures.
Assets held in the Trading Bot strategies will remain in users' Spot Wallets after the bots are terminated.
Users with active Trading Bots on the affected Spot Trading pairs are encouraged to:
Review their active Trading Bot strategies before the removal date.
Manually stop and settle any active bots if preferred.
Monitor open positions and outstanding orders.
Reallocate assets or create new Trading Bot strategies using supported Spot Trading pairs.
The removal of Trading Bot services for selected Spot Trading pairs helps us:
Improve overall platform stability and performance.
Enhance liquidity management across supported markets.
Maintain a high-quality trading experience.
Focus development on the most actively traded markets and features.
This update only affects Trading Bot functionality for the selected Spot Trading pairs. Spot Trading for these pairs, where supported, will continue to operate normally unless otherwise announced.
We recommend checking official platform announcements regularly for updates regarding supported Trading Bot services, trading pair availability, and future product enhancements.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work to improve our trading services and deliver a better experience for all users.
